Elite Clinical Network (ECN) is proud to highlight the participation of nearly 50 colleagues across its national network in the recent Tillman Walk/Run Team Building Event, held in support of the Pat Tillman Foundation.
Team members from across the United States came together to walk and run 4.2 miles, raising funds and awareness for the Foundation’s mission to support military veterans and their spouses through educational opportunities. The strong turnout and enthusiasm reflected ECN’s shared commitment to service, connection, and collaboration.
The response from colleagues eager to participate exceeded expectations and reinforced a broader desire to engage beyond day-to-day responsibilities. Events like this provide meaningful opportunities for team members to connect outside of their immediate working groups, strengthening relationships across the organization.
With nearly 50 participants across the network, the event demonstrated the value of creating opportunities that bring colleagues together across locations and roles. This type of engagement serves as the connective tissue of the organization, fostering a stronger, more unified “One ECN” culture.
Elite Clinical Network remains committed to supporting initiatives that not only advance clinical research, but also strengthen the communities and teams that make that work possible.
